I sent an email to CAPITA today, to escalate my complaint re: the Healthcare Professional’s report for my 1st Personal Independence Payment (PIP) claim.
In the year and a half since the CAPITA Healthcare Professional “OM” came to my home to conduct the face to face assessment on 15th April 2014, I have made numerous complaints to both the DWP and to CAPITA, about it’s substandard quality,which was a piece of tat.
The Healthcare Professional that came on 15th April 2014 is no longer employed by CAPITA, and they refuse to tell me why she left their employ. The Report, that the DWP relied on heavily in forming their decision to refuse me benefit, wasn’t completed and posted to me until 5 months later, by a completely different Healthcare Professional “AMH”, who described the report as incomplete!
