I rang HMRC/ChB on 0300 200 3100, I waited for 18 minutes for my call to be answered. “M” said it can take up to 3 weeks for claim to show on system, but a further 12 weeks for claim to go into payment! I complained about length of time it took for my call to be answered, and length of time for claim to go into payment. “M” couldn’t find a manager to take my complaint, so a manager should call me back within 48 hrs.
