As a manager had failed to ring me back since I last called on 4th Sept 2015, I have little option, yet again, but to phone them!
I languish for over 31 minutes, while I wait for my call to HMRC/Child Benefit to be answered. “J” soon put me on hold, so I could waste a few more minutes of my life……….
I told “J” I want to complain about the length of time it’s just taken for him/HMRC to answer my call, the fact that a manager didn’t ring me back, and the length of time it’s taking for them to add my eldest child to my claim, despite my eldest child living with me since early June 2015, so I’m still having to pay maintenance to my Ex. Naturally, “J” put me on hold again, while he completed his form.
Then “J” said all that he could do was request, again, that a manager call me back within 48 hours.
