I’ve received a letter today from one of Capita’s Complaints Handlers, she confirms they are still investigating my complaint (my escalated complaint I made in April 2016, re: my 2nd Claim for Personal Independence Payment). She apologised for the delay, and thanked me for my patience. They’ll write to me again as soon as possible. At the latest, this will be within 20 working days from the date they received my complaint.
Well, they received my Escalated Complaint in April 2016, so they’ve already massively exceeded their deadline.
[NOTE: I’m posting this on-line on 19th September 2016, CAPITA still haven’t responded in full to my escalated complaint. I’ve been waiting almost 5 months now.]
