I’ve already waited nearly four and a half MONTHS for CAPITA to respond to my escalated complaint!
Back in the mists of time, April 2016 to be more precise, CAPITA’s Complaints Coordinator wrote to me, to tell me they would be carrying out a full review of my escalated complaint within the next 20 working days, and would provide me with their response.
I’ve already had to contact CAPITA several times, as I’m still waiting………
I emailed them another reminder today. I received an instant automated email response: “Thank you for your email – A member of the Personal Independence Payment team will respond to you within two working days.” [NOTE: I’ve put this post on-line on 19th Sept 2016, CAPITA still haven’t responded to me!]
