I rang my local Council today, to inform them that I’ve lost my ESA (5th Claim), that I intend to Appeal, & that I’ve made a new claim for ESA (6th Claim). I waited for 20 minutes for someone to answer my call, but my call was terminated, before I got to speak to anybody!
So I rang again………This time I waited for 18 minutes for someone to answer my call. After first lamenting that I’ve had to wait quite a while for this and my earlier call to be answered, I explained that I’d lost my ESA (5th Claim) Appeal. “S” said my Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit have already been suspended, and they’ve sent me a letter, asking me to verify my income. She asked me what I was living off at the moment. I’ve got 3 credit cards, and am currently in receipt of Child Benefit, Child Tax Credits, & Child Support Maintenance.
