“L” rang me bright & early from the P.H.S.O. (Parliamentary & Health Service Ombudsman) today. My MP has referred my case on to the P.H.S.O., as I am unhappy with The Adjudicator’s response to my complaint about 3 years of incompetence by HMRC/Child Benefit Office.
“L” said it looks as though I’ve exhausted the internal complaints process at The Adjudicator’s Office. The next step is for me to complete a P.H.S.O. claim form on-line, and they need sight of the responses from The Adjudicator. [Another thing to put on my “To do” list………]
