Tuesday 18th October 2016 – I Receive The Second Respondent’s Submission From Upper Tribunal Office (re: ChB 1st)

Just as I’m preparing myself for this afternoon’s Child Benefit Tribunal (re: 2nd Child Benefit Appeal), the postman delivers the Second Respondent’s submission from the Upper Tribunal Office, in relation to my 1st Child Benefit Appeal.

My 1st Child Benefit Appeal relates to a 9 month claim from 2013 – 2014. My 2nd Child Benefit Appeal concerns a 3 month period in 2015.

Back in August 2016, an Upper Tribunal Judge gave me permission to Appeal against the Decision of the First Tier Tribunal as regards my 1st Claim. He issued CASE MANAGEMENT DIRECTIONS, namely that HMRC (1st Respondent) have 1 month to provide their response, then the 2nd Respondent (my ex-boyfriend) has 1 month to provide his response, then I’ve got 1 month to provide my response to the 1st & 2nd Respondent’s responses.

About slowlyrotting

I am constantly having to deal with several different benefits issues. I've got Appeals and Tribunals coming out of my ears. I've lost count of the formal complaints I've had to make. I've kept paper records of most of my interactions with the DWP, HMRC etc for years, so I've literally got several hundred posts (maybe thousands) to compose for this website. I can't post them to here as quick or as often as I'd like to, for a variety of reasons. I intend to go back years, eventually. But at this rate, I don't think I'll ever get to post everything I want to. You can see from what I've put up so far that I've got a lot of crap to deal with. I'm probably not even 1% or 2% done. I am slowly rotting....................
