I rang HMCTS on 0300 123 1142, & waited 7 minutes for my call to be answered. I asked “A” if they’d received the 2 x emails I sent yesterday, that I’d first sent to HMCTS on 3rd March 2016, after originally sending the paper versions of the 2 x SSCS2 forms to Bradford HMCTS, where they disappeared into thin air!
“A” couldn’t check to see if HMCTS had received them, as I haven’t got Tribunal reference numbers for these 2 x Appeals yet. “A” said if my email attachments amounted to more than 10 megabytes, they wouldn’t have come through. I looked at the emails I’d sent, & both amounted to just 7MB each, so they should have got through. “A” said not to worry about the auto response. (I wasn’t asked for my details).
