Monday 24th October 2016 – I Receive No Call From DWP Between 9am & 12 noon. My Income Support (3rd) Claim Still Hasn’t Been Processed!

I’ve kept my landline phone clear all morning. I was expecting the DWP to call me this morning between 9am & 12 noon. But I’ve received no calls, & I haven’t used my phone to make any outgoing calls.

The DWP (Handsworth Benefit Processing) failed to meet their 21st October 2016 deadline for processing my Income Support claim (3rd claim), which is why I’d phoned the DWP twice on Friday 21st Oct 2016, & was told that DWP would call me back today.  The Decision Maker has been sitting on my claim for a week and a half.

So I’ve just rang DWP on 0345 6088545, I waited for 11 minutes for my call to be answered, by “S” at Stockport Contact Centre. Notes on their system say 3 x attempts were made to call me this morning, but I said no calls have come through. My claim still hasn’t been processed. “S” is sending email, & her Line Manager is phoning the Benefits Processing office, I should receive a call back within the next hour.

I can't post them to here as quick or as often as I'd like to, due to health reasons, and being totally overwhelmed. I intend to go back years, eventually. But at this rate, I don't think I'll ever get to post everything I want to. You can see from what I've put up so far that I've got a lot of crap to deal with. I'm probably not even 1% or 2% done. I am slowly rotting....................
