I have already emailed these 2 x Complaints re: ESA (6th claim) Decision, & length of time it’s taking to process my Income Support (3rd) Claim, to:
But as I haven’t received any automated response or acknowledgement, I need to be doubly sure that they get through properly. So I turn up bright & early to Erdington Jobcentre, where “V” was kind enough to deal with me early, as previous appointment hadn’t turned up yet. She sent these 3 x items off via the DWP’s “Hot” system (+ 1 other item). But DWP don’t issue receipts or confirmation slips, even when I’m at Jobcentre!
