Monday 31st October 2016 – Handsworth Benefits Processing (DWP) Phone me, My Income Support (3rd) Claim Hasn’t Been Processed Yet

Mr “K” rang me from the DWP (Handsworth Benefits Processing Centre), that has the plum job of processing my claim for Income Support. The Complex Advice Team hasn’t yet given guidance or advised the Decision Maker about my claim. The Decision Maker will be chasing up my claim this afternoon, or the Decision Makers will be putting their heads together this afternoon to try & come up with a Decision. As Mr “K” isn’t a senior manager (that I’d specifically requested when I rang the DWP this morning), he will ask his Line Manager to call me back this afternoon. I said if he had received no money, apart from child benefits, since 7th Sept 2016, he’d probably be wanting to speak to a senior manager too.

But at this rate, I don't think I'll ever get to post everything I want to. You can see from what I've put up so far that I've got a lot of crap to deal with. I'm probably not even 1% or 2% done. I am slowly rotting....................
