Monday 31st October 2016 – I Phone DWP on 03456088545. Has DWP Processed My Income Support (3rd) Claim Yet?

I still haven’t received any ESA or JSA or IS since 7th September 2016. So as I’m desperate, I have no choice but to ring the DWP. I waited for almost 15 minutes for my call to be answered, by “K” at Torquay Service Centre. My Claim for Income Support (3rd claim) has not been processed yet. I said I’m almost £720 in Rent Arrears, & I’ll expect the DWP to reimburse my expenses (ie overdraft charges, travel expenses, etc., incurred as a result of failure of DWP to process my claim within a reasonable time frame). I requested a call back from a senior manager. I should receive a call back by 1:20pm today. “K” too is unaware that being a “Party to Proceedings” can entitle someone to Income Support.

I've kept paper records of most of my interactions with the DWP, HMRC etc for years, so I've literally got several hundred posts (maybe thousands) to compose for this website. I can't post them to here as quick or as often as I'd like to, for a variety of reasons. The piss-poor postal services that HMCTS, HMRC, the DWP, & CSA rely on (bulk printing and several different carriers), compound the ineptitude of these departments and agencies. I intend to go back years, eventually. But at this rate, I don't think I'll ever get to post everything I want to. You can see from what I've put up so far that I've got a lot of crap to deal with. I'm probably not even 1% or 2% done. I am slowly rotting....................
