Thursday 3rd November 2016 – I Phone DWP Again, As I’d Prefer To Attend Sutton Coldfield Jobcentre (instead of Erdington) For JSA (2nd Claim) Interview

I decided to ring the DWP again on 0345 604 3719, as it’s occurred to me that Sutton Coldfield Jobcentre would be more convenient for me to attend, & want to further check its suitability. I waited for 16 minutes for my call to be answered, by “A” at Torquay Service Centre. I said I’ve just had a lengthy discussion with Erdington Jobcentre, & booked an appt there next week, but have since thought that Sutton Coldfield would be better for me, as other shops would be handy, & bank etc…

“A” will ask Sutton Coldfield Jobcentre to phone me within 3 working hours, so by 10:30am tomorrow. [Total call duration 20 minutes].

I've kept paper records of most of my interactions with the DWP, HMRC etc for years, so I've literally got several hundred posts (maybe thousands) to compose for this website. I can't post them to here as quick or as often as I'd like to, due to health reasons, and being totally overwhelmed. I intend to go back years, eventually. But at this rate, I don't think I'll ever get to post everything I want to. You can see from what I've put up so far that I've got a lot of crap to deal with. I'm probably not even 1% or 2% done. I am slowly rotting....................
