Friday 4th November 2016 – Child Support Agency Phone Me

“R” rang me from the Child Support Agency (CSA). My ex has reported a change of circumstances, naturally, I’m not told what this is!

I asked “R” why the CSA hasn’t been collecting arrears each month, as had been agreed almost 1 year ago. He will pass case to “Finance”, who have 28 days to process/investigate. I asked if “R” could take a formal complaint off me, re: CSA’s failure to collect agreed amount of arrears from my ex. But “R” said I must put my complaint in writing, or I can email it.

I told “R” that the CSA allowed my ex to spread his arrears over 2 years, it is almost halfway through 2 years now, & I do NOT expect the 2 year timescale to start again. I will receive a new payment schedule.

I am constantly having to deal with several different benefits issues. I've got Appeals and Tribunals coming out of my ears. I've lost count of the formal complaints I've had to make. I've kept paper records of most of my interactions with the DWP, HMRC etc for years, so I've literally got several hundred posts (maybe thousands) to compose for this website. I can't post them to here as quick or as often as I'd like to, for a variety of reasons. The piss-poor postal services that HMCTS, HMRC, the DWP, & CSA rely on (bulk printing and several different carriers), compound the ineptitude of these departments and agencies. I intend to go back years, eventually. But at this rate, I don't think I'll ever get to post everything I want to. You can see from what I've put up so far that I've got a lot of crap to deal with. I'm probably not even 1% or 2% done. I am slowly rotting....................
