I rang 0800 055 6688, and made a new claim for Income Support (4th claim). I waited for 12 mins for my call to be answered, by “P”. I explained how I’d had to terminate my JSA (2nd claim) yesterday, as “J” at Sutton Coldfield Jobcentre had said I reduce my claimant/work commitment to zero hours. I said I’m struggling with all the Tribunals I’ve got on my plate, (I’ve got no legal help), & I might be moving house, so have to seriously declutter to downsize.
I asked for this new I.S. (4th claim) to be dealt with at Erdington Jobcentre, as that’s handy for Erdington Customer Service Centre, (it’s a cooler temperature too). [Total call duration 97 minutes]
