Reluctantly, I have again emailed the DWP’s Central England Complaints Resolution Team, as I still haven’t received a call from a Senior Manager, despite sending them a lengthy email on 13th Feb 2017. Today’s email reads:
I’m still waiting for a DWP Senior Manager to phone me! Please ensure a Senior Manager phones me ASAP to clarify which benefit I will/was definitely entitled to.
If a Senior Manager doesn’t phone me to discuss this matter today or tomorrow, I shall, reluctantly, have to formally complain about the DWP’s (Complaint Resolution Team’s) lack of engagement & willingness to assist/advise.
