This afternoon, I received quite a blunt response from the DWP’s Central England Complaints Resolution Team. Seriously, I’ve waited over a month for this. It didn’t address all of the points I’d raised, and I shall dispute elements of their response (when I can). The call to me from a Senior Manager, which I’d requested, failed to materialise.
So I then applied for JSA (3rd claim) on-line, which I wish I’d rang up to claim, as it took too long on-line, and there weren’t always suitable options to select, and many of my answers which I felt warranted a longer and more detailed response were limited by the maximum amount of characters permitted.
I’ve requested backdating to 4th January 2017, (excluding the benefit week commencing 1st March 2017, as I’ve claimed Income Support (5th claim) for that benefit week.
