Still reeling from yesterday’s nightmare of my JSA Work Focused Interview with “T” at Erdington Jobcentre yesterday, “T” phoned me this afternoon……
“T” said she’s suspended my JSA (3rd claim), as she forgot to print off a copy of my JSA Customer Statement for me to sign, & her to retain!
So I’m being penalised, for her incompetence! “T” said I must come in to Erdington Jobcentre again ASAP, so that she can print off the copy she forgot to do yesterday. Transport is an issue for me. The return fare yesterday cost me over £17 to attend my work focused interview. But “T” is refusing to refund fares for the same mode of transport I had to use yesterday. Oh, & “T” admitted she’s not medically qualified.
Yet despite turning up mega-early for yesterday’s JSA (3rd claim) work focused interview, with everything they’d asked me to bring, and plenty more that was not even looked at , or ignored, “T” can just turn off the tap and hold me to ransom on a whim, and as a consequence of her total incompetence & lack of understanding, until I can next go in.
