Wednesday 20th September 2017 – Upper Tribunal Judge Nicholas Wikeley REFUSES Me Permission To Appeal (re: 1st Child Benefit Appeal)

This Appeal was first heard by Judge G. I. Marsh on 1/5/15. I lost. Then Upper Tribunal Judge Nicholas Wikeley eventually Set Aside that Decision.  It was remitted back to FTT to be reheard.  It was heard subsequently by Judge Mrs J. Verman on 24th April 2017. I lost again. So I then appealed again to the Upper Tribunal. Continue reading
