Tuesday 23rd October 2018 – I Receive 3 x CSA (Child Support Agency) Decision Notices – Signed By District Judge Miss J R Beale

Why was Judge Beale even allowed  to be the Judge for these appeals?  I have previously heavily criticised  Judge Miss J R Beale to HMCTS for many of her previous actions/decisions in previous other appeals of mine. Continue reading

Tuesday 18th September 2018 – My 5 x CSA (Child Support Agency) Appeals – *You May Now Decide These Appeals On The Papers*

On 7/8/18, District Tribunal Judge Ennals directed that both DTJ Ennals and DTJ Verman are excluded from these CSA Appeals. Clearly, there are several other Judges that ought to be excluded too. Continue reading

Thursday 6th September 2018 – Please REINSTATE CSA Appeal SC024/17/02**3, It’s Been Wrongly Struck Out

Please reinstate CSA Appeal SC024/17/02**3, as it’s been wrongly struck out.  Tribunal Judge S D Ennals incorrectly asserts that CSA Appeal SC024/17/02**3 is a duplication of CSA Appeal SC024/15/05**3.
In fact, they are two distinctly separate appeals. Continue reading

A Judicial Roll Call – Encompassing 5 Years of (mostly) Judicial Failure, re: My ChB 1st Appeal

How on Earth can Judge Blackett say my claim doesn’t raise an important point of principle or practice, when for several years HMRC/Child Benefit Office (& the CSA) have consistently FAILED  to contact the family of my daughter’s then-boyfriend to establish the material living arrangements for the material period, by insisting they are prevented by law from contacting such a “third party”!!! His Honour Judge Jeff Blackett Refuses Me Permission To Apply For Judicial Review (re: ChB 1st Appeal)

How, pray tell,  can a Child Benefit  Appeal progress from First Tier Tribunal to Upper Tribunal, then back to First Tier Tribunal, then up again to Upper Tribunal, and then up to the Royal Courts of Justice, and throughout all of this time HMRC, the CSA, and various Judges at HMCTS all refuse to contact my daughter’s then-boyfriend’s family to confirm the material living arrangements for the material period, or to issue the reasonable Directions I’d requested?
