His Honour Judge Jeff Blackett Refuses Me Permission To Apply For Judicial Review (re: ChB 1st Appeal)

How, pray tell,  can a Child Benefit  Appeal progress from First Tier Tribunal to Upper Tribunal, then back to First Tier Tribunal, then up again to Upper Tribunal, and then up to the Royal Courts of Justice, and throughout all of this time HMRC, the CSA, and various Judges at HMCTS all refuse to contact my daughter’s then-boyfriend’s family to confirm the material living arrangements for the material period, or to issue the reasonable Directions I’d requested? Tuesday 14th November 2017 – I Post My Application For Judicial Review of Child Benefit (2nd Claim/Appeal) to Royal Courts of Justice

Tribunal Judge Beale refused my request to obtain my daughter’s mobile phone tracking data, which would have proved that my daughter went nowhere near her father’s house for several weeks. It isn’t mentioned in the Decision Notice of 18/10/16, but it is mentioned in the Record of Proceedings for that date, though not everything is legible. Continue reading
